The goal of the Site and courses is to provide affirmation and validation to dog guardians who are neurodivergent or otherwise struggle with their mental health as it relates to their life with their dog(s). It is not intended nor should it be construed as providing medical or mental health advice. The Site and the information contained in the Site are not a replacement for seeking help from a licensed therapist or physician.

Confident Mutts LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of your dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. By enrolling in a course and using the Site, you hereby release Confident Mutts, its employees, officers, owners, members, representatives, subcontractors, agents, animal owners, customers and potential customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any and all liabilities, financial and otherwise, for injuries to you, my dog, any third parties, or any other property of yours, which arise in any way at any time directly or indirectly from services and/or products provided by or as consequence of my association with Confident Mutts LLC.

On this Site or during a course, Confident Mutts LLC may recommend external links, services, or products. Recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of your satisfaction or success with that product or service.

Confident Mutts LLC reserves the right to refuse service and recommend other professional services if my dog has a history of or repeatedly demonstrates aggression or biting of humans or animals. Confident Mutts LLC may report bites to the local authorities to the extent required by law.

In no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Companies Internet site, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Guarantees

The elimination or modification of behaviors is not guaranteed. It is unethical for Confident Mutts LLC to guarantee training results or outcomes, as all dogs are unique individuals and success in training is dependent on a host of factors, including but not limited to: a dog's history, environment, health, genetics, and life experiences, as well as client commitment to training protocols and absence suspension. Confident Mutts LLC guarantees that all training will be humane and evidence based, and the trainers will do their absolute best to support the client throughout the course.  

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Companies web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Company may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
